I am just guessing but maybe you can break up the scene into multiple poser imports. Then import each poser object into a blank vue scene. Then save the imports (after adjusting the materials)into vobs. Repeat the process for all the poser imports. Then when you are done import all the vobs into your main scene.

"They should have more time to work on it now that the main rush for Vue Infinite is calming down..." Where do you come up with these assumptions? It is very poor logic and as a moderator you should know better. :-) The store is suppose to open in June at least that is what is written in the manual of vue5inf.

if poser characters are used in ecosystems the viewport displays them backwards but after a render they are face forward? A little strange. Why didn't the beta tester pickup on this one? Why did they let it go by?

If in the mood I draw on the terrain lowering and raising the terrain resolution so the road blends into the land. Much can be accomplished by this. Then I use a mix material that is adjusted by altitude. The Photoshop way is easier but sometimes the challenge is part of the fun for me.

I added the back lighting on #9 as suggested and made the shadows less dark. Thanks DMM. Giraffes to me are comical, inspiring, cute and yet powerful, huge, and invoking of fear and respect. What a wonderful magical creature. I've been fascinated by them since I was a kid. Thanks Chuck for the compliment. After the calibration I will review to see if #7 is washed still. Thanks again all.
