My attempt to clarify some misunderstandings in this thread:
Let's assume you've made a dress for Genesis 8 Female, and now want to create a version of the same dress for La Femme. Even though the dress is already modeled, it is still near as much work to convert the dress for use in Poser for La Femme. The ONLY thing you don't have to do is remodel the dress. However, you DO Have to morph it to fit La Femme. But the remaining work isn't only the materials. The work involved will be exactly as if you are creating a Poser clothing item from scratch.
--- Take the dress OBJ created for Genesis and morph it to fit La Femme. The dress will have to be rescaled to Poser scale (which is much smaller), and then reshaped to fit La Femme. At this point, it's probably easiest to remove the groups on the La Femme version as well. Leave the material groups intact.
--- After scaling and reshaping the dress to fit LaFemme, place the OBJ in the Geometries folder of the runtime you are creating for the dress. Import the OBJ file in its default position and scene.
--- If the dress is going to be dynamic, use the cloth room to assign dynamic properties. If it will be conforming, use the setup room or the fitting room to copy joint zones from La Femme to the dress. After that you have to check and test weight mapping or simulations to make sure the dress behaves as expected. This is the second-most time consuming part of content creation. Test with various poses that bend joints to their upper and lower limits to make sure the clothing behaves properly.
--- In the Pose room, load both La Femme and the dress into the scene. Copy morphs from La Femme to the dress. (Yes, I know you can do copy morphs from the Setup or Fitting rooms, but the results are better when you wait to do them in the Pose room. This is the most tedious part, because every morph should be checked to make sure morphs transferred reliably and cleanly. This is a step that is applicable to both DAZ and Poser products, BTW.
--- Create Poser materials. A note here. Both IRay and SuperFly work best with PBR-type maps (diffuse, normal, roughness, metallic, opacity, emission). Firefly uses specular and gloss maps instead of roughness and metal. But going with Metal and Roughness creates very similar results in IRay and SuperFly.
--- Double check packaging and make sure the runtime folder is arranged properly.
--- Create readme file and promo images.
As you can see, it's a lot more work than many realize, and may be too much to expect a tester to do the conversion without a percentage of the sales. It is close to double the work to create DS and Poser versions of clothing, but whether or not it is double the sales isn't an easy question to answer.

A sweet and generous soul that will surely be missed.
Condolences to friends and family. 8-(

I see what the problem is.
The Runtime folder should be immediately beneath the Downloads folder. Just move the Runtime folder up one level in Finder, and delete the extra elleque_summer (bla bla bla) folder.

After you renamed the Characters folder in the ZIP file, did you reinstall it to the Downloads folder in your library?

Perhaps the best thing to do would be to contact the original author, or someone on the Renderosity staff, to rename the Characters folder to Character in the zip file, and rre-upload it to freestuff. Otherwise there will be others that will have the same problem.

You'll notice that the shoes are properly arranged in a Runtime folder structure. When this is the case, leave it exactly as it is arranged.
Drag the ENTIRE hierarchy, starting with Runtime into either your Poser 13 Content folder, or your Poser 13 Content > Downloads folder. This will put everything where it needs to be. Geometries, Libraries, and Textures. With the way you are trying to do it now, by only trying to put the CR2 file in, you'll get errors because it won't be able to find the geometry and textures. The relations between the library file and its other parts is very important to keep intact.
This is basic stuff. Put it in your notebook for future reference. 8-)

Ah, good point.
For drawn ... put Freebies in the Downloads folder like you did, as they won't show up in Purchases.
Rendo purchases can be installed in the Purchases library like I explain above. Purchases elsewhere will probably be in Downloads.
Unless you want to create your own custom runtime folders like you're asking about in another thread.

Actually, if you installed your shoes in the Downloads folder, click the Downloads runtime folder (just above the Purchases runtime highlited above). If you see it there you won't need to reinstall it.

Content that you purchase from Renderosity can be installed from the library.
"Uninstall" the copy that you placed in the Downloads folder. (That is, you'll probably need to manually remove the geometries, library files, and textures).
Open the Poser library. Click the Purchases tab. Then select the Renderosity radio button.
Enter your Renderosity user name and password and click Login.
The library will list all of your Renderosity purchases.
Find the product you want to install, and click the Install button.
After the product is installed, you'll need to expand the Purchases folder in the library window to find your products.
NOTE: Products will only show up as "installed" if you install them to this Purchases folder. If you've already installed purchases in other runtime folders, you'll see an INSTALL button instead of an UNINSTALL button beside the product in the Renderosity purchases library folder..
Also a word of advice ... if you have hundreds or even thousands of Renderosity purchases, you may not want to click the Install All button. It's a long wait. LOL

>>> Our goal is to foster a more open and competitive environment where vendors have the freedom to explore new opportunities and reach broader audiences.
Previous to this change, there were two options for adding products. Exclusive, or non-exclusive. So vendors already had the option to explore other opportunities if they so chose.
Thread: Opening pz2 files into Poser 13 | Forum: Poser 13
Try this:
1) Open Poser, and right-click on the Downloads folder in the library
2) Choose Show in Explorer (or Show in Finder on the mac)
3) in Explorer or Finder, choose the Downloads > runtime > libraries > Pose folder
4) Add a folder name that is descriptive of the poses you are using. (example: My Poses)
5) Copy all the PZ2 files and PNG thumbnails into that folder. Now you should see them in the Downloads folder in the library and you can just double-click the poses to apply them to your character. Generally, you should apply poses to the character that they were made for (example: La Femme poses to La Femme, Victoria 4 poses to Victoria 4, etc)

When you downloaded the poses, were they arranged beneath a folder named Runtime? (for example Runtime > Libraries > Pose > (foldername) ?
If not, you will need to put the pose files in such an arrangement, in a runtime folder that is attached to Poser, in order for the thumbnails to appear in the library folder.
It might help if you can tell a little bit more about the folder structure in the pose files you downloaded.
