Thread: Could some with P5, Bryce and Turbo Import give me hand please? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have them, but I'm in the middle of a complete reinstall of the OS (Win2K) and Poser. It will take a few days (nights actually... sigh), I'm also installing SR 4.1 and moving almost everything in the main runtime, but hopefully everything should run faster after that. What is actually that we should try? Did you improved on their importer?

I hope they remain two separated softwares. Integrated (as in they speak each other languages), but separated. Actually IMHO the best course of action for them (and the users) would be if they improve and update Bryce rendering engine and include displacement mapping to the material properties and then use the same rendering engine in DAZ|STUDIO. This way the two applications would be perfectly integrated and they could double the investment in resources and money for the two programs. D|S would be the tool where we pose or animate the characters to be integrated later in Bryce. Bryce needs to be updated to improve not only the rendering engine, but to improve the modeling capabilities. I would love to be able to do what it is now possible with lattice in the terrain editor to mesh object or subdivided surfaces. Add some basic modeling tools to modify primitives and metaballs and then detail them with sculpting tools. Something similar to ZBrush.

Thank you for taking the time to answer and posting the list of the tutorials for Poser Stonemason. I checked some of the video tutorials too and it looks really a great package! I love that organic look.

cedarwolf, the 2 programs you are talking about are by Macromedia not Adobe... maybe this is why Adobe is not responding to you. Those two companies are not best friends too...

He isn't supposed to wear both manicae, is he? Or the straps lie just one inside the other so that they look one piece when used on both arms?
