I've tried it set at normal, then darken - and it still does that. The hair is on a seperate layer. I've even tried it on the same layer. :P BUT - I got desperate yesterday and did a search. I found an adobe page specifically for the technical problem I was having. I downloaded the update and now it works . Thanks for all your help! I'll let you know if it acts up again :

Thanks everybody. I hope you're right. I'm getting impatient. I bet you all are too hehe! ;) But I understand these things take time. DAZ is usually good about working and releasing things fairly quickly. Just wondering if anybody has heard anything about it. :)

Ah ok. :) Hmm, I will have to try it then. I have Adobe on my MAC. But I have a PC too. If you want, I could try it out on "darken" mode and see what happens. :) I hope what mini_cooper suggested works for me too.

Hey! This happens to me too. Wow. Didn't know anyone else was having this problem. Please let me know how it has worked out for you. I tend to find that either mine makes different colors or mostly it marks the smudge part look darker/burned. Are you running it on a MAC?
Thread: Poser 5 really slow in spots :( | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hi Chris :) Thanks for replying! Actually I am running WinXP ... XP acknowledges that I have 1.5 Gig's of RAM. So I'm not sure if that's it or what. I don't have any problems w/ programs being slow except Poser 5. While shutting down other programs to run Poser 5 helps some, it still is a little slow. I'm not sure if getting more RAM will help remedy that. Maybe we should call Curious Labs? I dunno. Anyway, thanks for your opinion :)

Hi Bushi :) Thanks for replying! Yeah, I figured when I loaded the hair that it must have tons of polys. : Please keep us posted on what you find out. Yeah, I sure am glad they left the Poser 4 renderer on there in case you don't want to use Firefly. :)

Thanks Tim. I am told though that Poser 5 SHOULD be able to handle this. It's more than recommended. I guess it should read 1.5 Gig on both RAM and Mhz. I'm tired LOL -- so I forgot to specify that and thought I was specifying it correctly.

Yw! And thanks! Yeah it isn't. It took a lot of asking for help and looking through different morphs. Even editing it in ZBrush (not to mention postwork) to get my Bono render to look even a little like Bono.

Thread: HELP! please | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hey TMG! LOL!!!! Thanks for the joke - it makes me smile! : ) Well, I tried to get it to look right, but I noticed the crease between his nose and lip (that I accidently must've done from trying to push the nose closer to the lips.) So I decided to start all over again. And I keep coming back to the same problems. Even trying to edit it in ZBrush. ZBrush is helpful, but I still can't get the results I need. If there were just more morphs for the nose, and lips I'd be a happy camper LOL. That's not a bad idea! Do you know Traveler's e-mail address? Thanks again! Good to hear from you. -RockNRollWoman
