You can animate it using shaders too. With the Four Elements Shaders> Water: Ripples or Waves bump. On the first keyframe you set the Compelion parameter at 0% and the last keyframe put it on 100%. Adjust the type of wave you want and good luck.

LOL. SHONNER and Hoofdcommissaris, the music coming out of the car is a worst thing than rap or polka...! Its a crap brazilian music called "Ax!!! I like the good and traditional Samba or the smooth Bossa Nova. By the way, this is the Music Forum? ;-) Thank you all, guys! Well, Im not trying to animate it, bluetone, its only a training for my modeler skills. But, who knows? Maybe we can do a community work, animating these things. What do you think? ;-)

Using falconperigots sugestion, with some volumetric clouds in elipsoid shape, plus a spline object with a dissolve modifier, all those crap in a spin modifier and blur.
