Forgot to mention that you can play with the color setting and density etc... of the alpha's. You can achieve every kind of mist, cloud and fog effect this way ! Try it out and be amazed :woot: Wim

Hi persius, I have done the misty cloud thing a while ago on one of my works see pic http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1286606&member However, i did not do this with the spheres technique as mentioned here, but instead i used the alpha's with clouds photo's that you can find in the 'Cerro Verde' and 'Bali' samples on the content CD that comes with Vue 5 Infinite (don't know if it is available in Esprit or lower) These will make up for more realistic fog/clouds than using spheres in my opinion. I think they are down cause i also keep getting error messages on some parts of the website. The weird thing is that Cornucopia3d seems to have the same problem !! Very strange, but maybe they're busy remaking the site for the Vue 6 software ??
