No worries. The original zip was incorrect and had both genesis and poser files contained, which is why it was so large. The files are now split into one zip for poser and one for genesis as it should be. :-)

I have just split the zip into two smaller zip files and uploaded them to the product. The downloads have been reset. Would you please try downloading those 2 files and see if they will work better for you? Please let me know if these work. :-)

If that is the case...then why is it showing up on my bank account as a pre-authorization to you?? I don't understand that. And I don't want to pay for the order twice...even as much as I want the items. lol
I copied this directly from my on-line bank account.
