For heaven's sake please kill that silly transition between pages. It's slow, it locks the browser window, and is generally just a source of irritation. I would suggest adding a bit more information. Those texture maps - what are they actually for? It isn't clear from the little pictures alone.

I knew it wasn't new, but I thought he said it hadn't been posted before. I may have misread what he said. In the case that ironbrew's image has been posted before, I change my vote to ringbearer. I'm not sure that the dearth of entries has anything to do with the terror attacks, which don't seem to have slowed anything else here. I would suggest the real reason is the extremely high quality of the first-posted entries.

It may be memory related. I have a similar problem where the bodies disappear leaving heads, feet and hands.

My guess is that this is Vairesh's Total Hair. The fringe is sometimes awkwardly placed, but looks OK in Poser becasue of the softer rendering. Try repositioning the fringe back a bit.

It's worth getting the Grouper utility, which allows you to group together those parts of the model that will use the same texture. It also gets rid of the stupid numbers for the meshes; they will appear in Bryce as "head", "eyeball", etc.

I have a file called "hospital bed" which has blankets over a reclining figure included in the model. You just need to insert a Poser figure so that the head shows on the pillow. But I can't remember where I got it, unfortunately. Possibly Propsguild.

Grouper doesn't really put in any info; it just groups. When you import a Poser figure into Bryce, skin, nostrils, lips, eyeballs etc are all separate meshes, although they share the same texture file. The significance of Grouper is that you can join all the bits that share the same texture into one mesh, which means that modifying the texture in Bryce is easier.
