I don't know Rain...that's why I wrote you...I understand you, and luckly I love your artowroks and this is how I recognised it at first sight!
Drifterlee is giving us her help, she speaks russian...but the only suggestions arrive from this forum...and from somedays it seems Rosity stuff don't answer...I can understand McAfee2000 rage...
I wrote drifterlee a message asking her to read the news I found about this new web site, she did a gorgeous job with artfile.ru, so I wait for her help again...
We could try to write them throught the e-mail I found in that site:**admin@1zoom.ru
**but I don't know, probably they will answer in russian saying they don't understand what we write...that's why I'm waiting for drifterlee help.
I don't really know...but I'm a little pissed off to be left without any help from others...someone that has more power and knowledge should help us...otherwise I think we will soon find no more artworks in these galleries afraid to be stolen again...

But I don't really know...they post and sell Royo's images...what we little artists can do?!
ANY SUGGESTIONS? In this case I don't really know if we have to write them or not...it seems it's something so normal...
in this image not only my copyright is violated!but also AmericanChi copyright 'cause he gave me permission to use his background...

I totally agree McAfee2000!We respect creator of free stuff and others who sold the item we use, I cannot understand why nobody do nothing against this russian web site!
It happened to me to post many images done with AmericanChi images used as backgrounds for mine, he commented them and appreciate them, before posting them I send them in preview to him if he likes them and then I posted here, I always pleaced links to his gallery or minimum give him all rights of his creations and it was asked me if I had his permission to use them...Of course I had!!!Otherwise he didn't comment appreciating my works with his...so now my thought is : people check just when it's easy!?Or when is important to make copyright respected?!We paid the stuff we use and we respect copyright of the merchant, as well as when it's for free...so I don't understand why a store doesn't make it's rights against someone who is stealing copyright of stuff, images and so on from a community so famous and well known as Rosity is...
Now we are not talking anymore about images stolen, but also merchants copyright violated...Read me file is to be respected and we do it...but if someone rub our works this copyright is violeted too...

So drifterlee what they are really doing there!?I trust you more than babelfish and I hope we all find a solution to see our images removed from there anyway...I understand their politic situation and I feel sorry for them, but as anyone they have to respect laws...and overall, why if these pictures are coming from the West they don't keep the original name of the author!?My 2 pictures luckly keep the original title and my name, so there is no problem for me if they won't sell them...if they like our art this flatter us, but if some of them sell them is not right also for them!...So please let us know at finally what really they do!
**I tried to send them a message but it seems registration is requiered, I tryed to register, but I couldn't get through...Could you please write the link of the page where is possible to send them the message in russian you post at the top?
Thanks for the help to all!

I agree with inshaala:
"...you could take it as a compliment, they thought you were good enough to "steal" ;)... " even if what they did it's terrible IMHO.
I would be curious how many images have been stolen, but I don't want to register in a web site where stolen pics are posted with other names authors...so I'll keep my curiousity...but
I found "gdmora" account here, but as often happens he/she has not a gallery, not an e-mail adress or the chance to send him/her an IM...
So like a "fake" account done just to see and "stel" it seems....
It happened also that people create account like this one to leave bad comments or speak badly about people here...I think that there should be the chance to get in touch with these people...it's not right they have the chance to write and do what they want and artists has no right to reply...
Perhaps there should be a limit: if you want an account you have to post something (time limit 1 week for example for new user) if you won't post anything in this time your account will be cancelled...and of course obliged to leave an e-mail adress or being reacheble by IM...
I think it's too comfortable to be a ghost and do what you want...IMHO.
Anyway I'm sure Renderosity stuff will do it's best to do something!
