Hi all, first of all I wish you a wonderfull Christmas time.
I'm writing here 'cause I still have the order 111511598 pending. I think I used paypal option during the check out, but now I'm not sure anymore what happened. 
It's not the first time it happens, as paypal says if I have not credit in paypal it automatically takes money from the credit card it has as reference, but only with renderosity payments this seems not to work.
I check yesterday and there are money on paypal and on my credit card, so I would like to know when the payment will be done or if I have to do something...'cause this should be a gift as you can see and I would like to know at least in how many days the payment will be done.
Surely I did something wrong and I send you my apologies, but I ask you help or news about it and if there is something I must or I should do...

Hello,

Did you recieve a Paypal transation ID# (unique ID)?

If so, can you please give it to me so I can verify your Paypal payment and manually mark your order as paid?

Hi Kristi,
it seems to be a problem between you and paypal, 'cause there is no pending payment in paypal.
I have money there 'cause there is Renderosity payment done on the 2nd of December of $ 39.85.
As you can check this is the payment to Rigormortem that is my husband and we have the same paypal account, so I'm sure there are money on paypal, but there is no payment request from Renderosity.Could check with paypal if there is something wrong...'cause after Renderosity payment we have no movements on our paypal account and it looks like they did not received your payment request for this reason I cannot give you any ID paypal transition 'cause any transition between Renderosity and paypal exist for them.
Sorry for the trouble and thank you for supporting.
Please let me know what I can do or if there is something I must do or we can do.
