Initial posting of my Request: 10:40 a.m.
First Response to my Request: 12:13 p.m. (app. 1-1/2 hours later)
My 2nd Post in Response to your request for Order No.: 12:53 p.m. (app. 40 minutes after your request).
It is now 5:23 p.m. (app. 4-1/2 hours after I provided the Order No.) I'm now concerned about the transmission (or nontransmission) of my posts -- because I had already sent a site mail to the address you instructed me to use in the future, and because of your statement you had not received any such emails.
Once again, the Order No. is: 111886990; the Elven Hair Kit for Mavka was on sale for $6.88.
Hope this post is received.
Thanx, Marc

The email above, is a copy of two earlier emails I sent, with an explanation of when and to whom I sent them.
Red text: today's email (via Forum thread);
Dark Blue text: email sent Jan 20 (via Store and Store Staff and Admin, since an email to store@renderosity.com had received no response; and
Light Blue text: email originally sent to Smay.
The reference to "email I sent yesterday" (in Dark Blue text)was a copy of the Original email I had already sent to store@renderosity.com on January 20, and was referring to the email I had sent on the 19th, which had received no response.
I don't know why emails to store@renderosity.com aren't being received. That is, however, the first attempted address I used. Only after no response did I try just Store and Store Staff and Admin.
The Order No. is: 111886990. Sorry for using the Forum threads, but I promise you I did try store@renderosity.com first, then Store, Store Staff, and Admin before trying the Forum route.
Thanx, Marc

Matty: Cute! Probably wouldn't want to "buy you" anything you'd be interested in, though. Unless you're interested in them buying you a "headache." :tt2:

Yeah, changing yer password's a grrrrreat idea -- 'specially appropriate reminder for those of us older (age-wise) members suffering from CRS! I just finished doing it. Thanx for the memory nudge.

Thanx, Jennifer. This is an added "security blankie" for th ose of us who encountered the situation. Stacey did a great job of responding -- faster than lightning -- to those of us who contacted Renderosity about a situation which I'm sure everybody found frustrating. Along with the security of customer card info, I'm assuming any account info transmitted by PayPal is also protected? Props to the Rendo Tech Team, StaceyG, and you for your handling of this nerve-wracking situation.

Know I sent you a private email, but wanted to make a public "thank you" for your help. All issues resolved, and (as can be expected from you) in record time. Great service -- and great providing Renderosity as a name to be trusted.

Thanx, Stacy. These are the two items I bought, partially with the Gift you sent me. I was going to send you and email later, after I had finally resolved the current problems. I'm going to try to download from this computer, since I'm not sure whether you are telling me I can download from my main (infected) computer. I'll advise you as to success/failure.
I've just sent an email to store@render... because I wasn't sure how long it would take to get a response here. If I'd known you'd be the responder, I'd have know it would be in less time than it would take to blink. :)
Thanx, again, for the Gift. It led to spending more money than the gift, but it is still appreciated. Now, if only this darn hacker thing gets fixed quickly, I'll be a happy camper.
Will somebody (you, or somebody else if you're not on the job at the time) be sending us all emails letting us know when the mybookspace a$$wholes have been taken care of? I'll never understand what these people gain by doing something like this. Do they really believe anybody affected by their hacking is going to have anything to do with them?

Order #111776825 6/13/10
I had to go to a different computer in ordere to try to download two items I just purchased today. Because, after ordering, I couldn't get to my Account page (or even the Renderosity home page), being continually redirected to Mybookface. Now, I'm told that after only a second attempt to download one of the two items, I have reached my download limit.
Does anybody know how to get around mybookface? Does anybody know what I need to do in order to try a third attempt to download Inked6? SavageWolf made it, but for some reason Inked6 did not.
I'll also try to send an email to store@render.... to see if I can get a redownload approval.
This is truly frustrating. I'm not sure whether or not I'll continue to use Renderosity, if this situation doesn't get cleared up immediately. Hopefully somebody at Renderosity will be able to advise us how to get our computers back in working order.

Got it. Duhhhh. Thanx, Weez. See although yer helmet is holdin' thingz in (like ills and aches), at least it duzn't keep thingz out (like dumb ?s). Maybe I need a helmet -- then the few things I do learn about computers won't go flying away seconds after I learn 'em. ;D

Yer "hair hurts" cuz yer helmet's keepin' all those "ills" and "aches" from escaping (like heat) thru the top o' yer haid -- they're collectin' on yer hair. ;D

I uploaded a pic and a thumbnail, and got a message that the files were too large, and the entry was being saved without the files. I edited the pic and thumbnail to the contest specifications, and tried to upload them. I got a message that I had entered the contest already and could not enter again. So, where do I stand? Do you have the text that accompanied the pics, without the pics? Is my entry going to consist of text only? Have the pics actually been saved too, and waiting for you to resize them? Sorry for the confusion. This is my first attempt at entering a contest, and I guess I'm woefully uninformed as to proper procedure. Thanx for any help and or assistance you can provide.
