Hi Dr Bernie, don't worry, it was a joke but this is not a good place to kill the hopes of the Carrara users. Personally, I don't need a version 9 to continue with Carrara, we have a bunch of plugins to make the bridge with a few professional softwares. Very friendly!

This is off topic but I'm happy to see you back, Mark! I also use C4D r15 as bridge to send an animation to Realflow but I don't find this program so intuitive. See you soon on this forum!

You are certainly right, Andrew (HW), but Studio??? NEVER!!! Carrara can stay alive for so many years, I don't see what can kill it. A few new plugins are born the last months/weeks thank to Philemo. He's not alone, I have seen another member (sorry, I forget he's name) on DAZ forum, and don't forget our Misty with Genesis 3 in Carrara. I'm shure that peoples in the clubs are very capable to open the core of Carrara and launch it in the public, they are thousands in the world, but we don't need that yet. If I should choose another program, I don't know the wich one for now but Studio... not for me!

I'm actually impressed by your work, Misty! I think, thank to you, to jump in C8.5 (ask some royalties to DAZ3D!). Bravo!

And buy also the Fenric's "MDD" plugin to to jump between LW and Carrara, it's cheap and very usefull!

Yes you are right, I changed the text color on the up left corner in the rooms (Cameras views) to see the text with a very white scene. The UI text is still in white with a black background. I will try to see Shade3D by curiosity.

We can change the text color in Carrara, mine is yellow to se it on a white background... But the Shade's system is really cool!
