Looks like quite a vicious squirel-free bird feeder... maybe the spikes could have a finer(higher) number material on them as it would take more handwork to carve such a precise shape,also the pillar looks oval,or it might justbe the perspective it might look nice with a faceted glass material too, this is good architectual element an a good base to start, say a greek temple with six, Nice Work R

atmos is a to dense with detail, how about saturated light. the land mid on the left, too green wheres the beach...instead show an example of what erosion can really do to a beach, rocky outcrop tree just barely anchored to a sunfaded edge. Carabean islands are 70 million years old the island in the back looks to precise, or is it a volcanic island.

Perhaps $50/hour for the creation time for the image. And that is still cheap... Is the Image going to be used as promo, posters, book promo, online image? Should there then be a license fee for the use of the image? How many copies of the book will be printed, and how many different editions/languages? Keep the Copyright and lisence it to the publisher for a term of use or a set number of copies/editions? You have a nice image, ask for a specific size font for the credit of the book cover art and set the value of your art using the terms above. Have an international money order in your hands before you sign a release to allow the use of the image.
