LOL. If it makes you fell better I was able to delete the reg file and it still didn't matter or even ask for the previous serial. So Hopefully Smith Micro finds a solution soon. At this point I have looked for anything to fix it. With the exception of reformatting my computer. :)

I have a ? for Sky. Did you purchase the upgrade version and after you installed did it alow you to put in your P7 serial?

I would just like to add that I feel your pain. I too have been going through the same thing for days now. Nothing I have tried works and am about to get my money back. I am trying to be patient but... anyway I will keep an eye on this thread.
