Received my requested activation keys early this morning as promised.

I sent a couple of activation requests and questions to EON customer support this morning. Got a reply within minutes. My questions were answered and I am on the list to get VUE Infinite and Plant Factory activated, they said probably tomorrow. They are still there and doing their best!

More active discussion on the FB page today. They are very eager to get the servers back up, but not there yet.

Just got another FB message from EON, mostly just to let us know they are still alive and working on the problems. No news or estimates yet on when they will be up again.

Got a reply from the FB page this morning:
" we did not anticipate that it would take as long as it has. We can only apologize and reassure you that we want to be back online as much as you do."

That is somewhat reassuring anyway.

They are still posting at least once a day on the EON Software FaceBook page, seems like they could give us some news that way if nothing else. They did post one terse comment a few days back, but that was it.

Worrisome, considering that I have invested a small fortune in VUE Infinite and a lot of content, but have not installed and activated it yet (still have to build the new computer). They are still posting notifications of new art and contests on their FB page, but the only email I am getting from them is reminders that my voucher is about to expire.

Posted on Eon's FB page 5 hours ago:
"E-on servers are closed for maintenance and security patching. We apologize for this service interruption and will let you know as soon as we are back online"
