Thanks for the comments. Was a fun build even if a bit late. My bad for not reading here more often. Here's another view:

Funny, feel like I wrote this already.
Can follow up on this if close to the design your looking for.

Well here is a final cut. If anyone is interested is available for download as a .obj file. All render works are done in Poser6. Find more on this at Tox3d.com

Thread: Help on how to parent character to or character part to prop. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
ok, so much information so fast.
Been reading here and going back to the poser doc's.
Arcadia, Found where to 'set figure parent' in the menu's and that helps as not having to go to the hierarchy wiindow.
I don't have a graphic at the moment for you Ms. Nancy. I had a bicycle model and started to animate it. Ultimately was hoping I could sit a character on it and 'pin' the hands to the bars, the feet to the pedals, and butt to the seat. Then when the bike is activated the body parts would react to the bike, while those five parts stayed fixed to the respective parts.
Ockhams swing thing was right on. Most models i'm making are in multiple parts and some being set up as figures. The thought of adjusting frame by frame is not as easy as I'd hoped for, but if it were too easy, artists we would not be.
Dusted off the bike and did some quick work. have much more to do. At least now when I move the bike, her butt will be stuck to the seat, Imagine the feet and hands will follow.
Thread: How do I make my own morphing and moving parts | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hiya Goog's,
Are you using another program now to model in, or working all within poser? I use 3ds max and blender to create my morphs and models. These are some simple prop morphs. What to do is export from poser the model in .obj format. Then I used blender to move the mesh to it's morphed status, and save as a new .obj file. That is then loaded into poser as a morph target.
I know this is real brief. But if it is what your looking to do, we'll break it down some.

Had shivers when read that. But went to the board and thought a moment. The core model can be done easy enough, though morphs for this one would be a chore. Nothing is imposible.

Spent lots of time with my wife's scrunchie to do this. She is still questioning what I'm doing with it. Upon the examination the scrunchie appears to do four things: 1- Flatten 2- Fold 3- Twist And for lack of a better description, 4- Crunch. Please use this link to view all the pics and work done as far. Will make available to some for testing upon request and consideration. Will work in poser only just now.
Here is a sample of what's done so far.

You did not mention if had to be a posable/movable model, but I do like building things that move. I still have to work out the latch and release mechanisms. Would think adding texture maps will not be hard. Unfornatually I am working this weekend so can only dabble here in the evenings. Will update here as it happens. If you can turn up a graphic of just the logo, straight on, that would help. I see the spring assembly is a bit different, is that a problem? Can re-build if needed.
Catch ya later,
(yea, thats a pun)

I see you already found one, but this got me to thinking. Thought I would try to work on a posable trap for use in poser that could be animated. Far from done, but think the mechanix of it are getting worked out. Any ideas or suggestions... let me know. This will take a moment to load, then it speeds up.
