PhilC's suggestion worked like a charm in Poser 6! Â
Â
I also found PhilC's video on his Wardrobe Wizard 2 support forum on adding a character's full body morph to the converted clothing item which makes fitting the clothing so much easier with minimal parameter adjustments.
Â
I really appreciate both responses.

Actually I didn't morph him much. All I did is trim him up with the Skinny morph, more trimming to his mid section and scale down his big hands and feet. Here is his morph settings:
Body:
Skinny 0.500
LvHandleGone 0.500
HipNarrow 0.500
HipSmall 0.500
Body Parts:
RightHand through Right Pinky 3 = Scale 75%
Left Hand through lPinky3 = Scale 75%
Right Toe = Scale 75%
Right Foot = Scale 75%
Left Foot = Scale 75%
Left Toe = Scale 75%

Thank you RHaseltine and Melmoth. Deleting the bilMilMan_m3.rsr in the geometriesDAZPeople folder and letting Poser4 build a new one fixed my problem in message 8. Next time I get an update for a figure, I'll make a habit of checking for a corresponding .rsr file in the geometries folder and deleting it. It would be nice if that routine can be built into an installar :-)

Reinstalled the original ps_mr049-m3bodymorph.exe file and the full-body morphs work fine.
Reinstalled m3bodymorphUP.exe and the problem came back.
This happens with the original Michael 3.0 cr2 and the sr1 Michael 3.0 cr2.

As you can see, each texture can make him look quite different. Lighting is the same, Daz complex global light.

The grey shirt defaults to long sleeve. Made it short sleeve by changing the forearm and arm material to the body texture. The full uniform has the Spandex full body morph set to 1 to give the appearance of a clothing item.
The body texture is a lightened version of the V3 male texture, btw..
Thread: DAZ Premier Customer Appreciation Sale!!! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have the Platinum account and those three animals (Polar Bear, Walrus, octopus) plus most of the other animals are all displaying 50% off of the normal price which would be the normal price, less 30% Platinum account discount - 30% storewide sale. Example Walrus regular 34.95 - 30% platinum discount 10.84 = 24.47, less 30% storewide sale 7.35 = 17.12 final price.

There is an excellent Victoria face tutorial at cakeone.com. The concepts are the same creating any poser texture using the model's texture template as a guide. The site links are the plain gold bars on the left side of the main page. If you place your cursor over the fifth gold bar, it will display "Tutorial". Just click on it.Thread: Micheal 2.0 CD Boo Boo | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Daz responded quickly, was very apologetic for the confusion, and resolved the missing item. Thank you Daz!
Thread: Morphos and Daz Beard | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Here's what I do to use the Mil Beard. 1. Load Michael (figure 1) 2. Add the Mil Beard as a new character (figure 2) 3. Conform the Mil Beard to the Michael character 4. In the Mil Beard poses, change the color if you don't want the default brown using one of the ALL Color poses (yellow). 5. Select one of the Mil Beard style poses and render. The Mil Bear Style poses include the Bump Map (texturing).jpg and Transparency turned on so you don't need to use the MAP ON or ALL TRANSPARENT Poses. If you do select the ALL TRANSPARENT pose, you'll need to reapply a beard style before rendering. It really does what the name of the pose says, makes the beard transparent when rendering. If you didn't notice already, if you change Michael's face with the morphing dials, you'll need to do the same for the Mil Beard figure since Poser views it as a "character". The easiest way to match the Mil Beard to the the face is to do all facial posing without the Mil Beard, save the face pose to the Faces library, add the Mil Beard, conform, color, style, then apply the saved face pose to the Mil Beard figure.

On my install, the poses do what what it says.. changes the beard color to blond, white, black, red.. etc.. Don't yours?
