So far this picture has a very nice feel to it. This may be just a personal quirk, but here it is: I would cut back on the ambience of the walls and pillars.

Thread: New interior concept (part 3) | Forum: Bryce
Very well done! The lighting is excellent. The floor has a moire pattern between the chairs and the table, but that, I understand, is pretty much an artifact of the compression algorithm. I actually like the effect. Great rug! The wood is has a bit too much ambience for my taste, but that is just my taste. Also, I assume the chairs are leather. They look a bit hard. You might experiment with texturing the specularity. The lighting fixture, plants, windows, and lamps are VERY well done and excellently textured.

Good modeling. Good rug. I think the wood is a bit too much smoothy specular. Looks like Formica-ish.

Let me clarify something I said a couple of posts up: I'd like the ability to individually block specific members' stuff -- even thumbnails -- from appearing in the galleries THAT I SEE ON MY OWN COMPUTER. I DID NOT mean that anything should be deleted from the galleries as a whole. I'd like everyone to be able to tailor their own personal gallery presentation to show what they like and to omit the what they consider tedious or offensive.

I'd still like the ability to individually block specific members' stuff -- even thumbnails -- from appearing in the galleries. To me it is not just the porn issue, as many works are very beautiful and sensual -- in my opinion. There is a mass of non-pornish stuff I just do not want to bother with, mostly from people with an axe to grind about religion or politics or some pet cause or fetish or whatever. I do not want to have to deal with these images because -- to me -- they are a waste of time. I like to browse all the galleries, and it hard when they are cluttered with stuff that bores and/or annoys me. I do not support censorship. I support everyone's right to post what they want; I just want to be able to ignore them. We should each have our own private, confidential kill file.

I have suggested to TPTB that users be able to block specific members' pictures. That would go a long way for me. I personally am sick unto death of the Dreaded Mutant Boobs the Size of Beachballs, among many other things. Peej

All of what they said, plus: to learn how to texture and light, download complex free models then texture, light, and render them. You will learn a lot. It is also fun, kind of reminiscent of coloring-books. A relaxing burn-out activity for when the stress of learning a new app gets the best of you.
