I got a few more of the links to working and finally saw PAE in action. Absolutely fantastic! Alas, there was no Mac version available at the site! This is where Poser is going, I'm certain. Maybe Poser 5 will incorporate such a feature...?

Director: I visited the site at once and found that it was Japanese, and that half the links won't work and don't even have proper icons. I did download Supersuit, not quite knowing what it was, along with a short mpeg showing its use. Well, the movie was very impressive! I just wish I could make sense of the site and find PAE, whatever it is! You seem to be onto something, but I don't quite know what! Please provide a little more information, as this seems to be something we'd all be interested in. And provide the link for PAE specifically, if you would, or perhaps suggest another site where the program might be found. I bought Poser specifically for animation purposes and am very interested in what little I've seen of PAE.

Yes, I've tried it but only briefly. I'll have a closer look. The greater problem, though, is that always-round bottom! I've never seen Vicki (or any Poser character) sit or lay down convincingly.

Yes, I'm sure this can be accomplished with magnets. I just think it odd that, with a hundred morph targets available for breasts and bottoms already, somebody hasn't made targets of this kind. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out.

I have 512 megs of RAM. That ought to do 'er! I suspect that the dual processors are the problem, but I'll continue to investigate. The "measuring memory" message isn't in an error window...it's in the small print that flashes by as the program opens. But I've never seen it under normal circumstances.

I downloaded these hair props this morning and will install them tonight. I'm glad to see they look so good! Thanks for posting them. BTW...I've seen Victoria with LONG blonde hair and have wondered where it came from. Could it have been the posable curly hair for P4? And where are the texture and transparency maps for that hair prop, if they exist? And if they don't exist, why hasn't somebody made them...?

http://www.renderocity.com/textures.html You'll find them here. BTW...you DO have the Victoria model, I hope? If not, you can purchase it from Zygote. None of the Victoria textures will work for the regular P4 models.

Oh, and...thank you, Dr. Zik! The mere mention of the name "Macintosh" automatically elicits a rude and angry response from some people. Someday I expect to see public restrooms labeled "PC" and "Macintosh."
