I run a forum that teaches Poser for complete beginners if you'd like to join..
You have to put in where you come from on the application otherwise it won't be
accepted, too many spammers out there..

Set up your UI the way you want it then go to Edit/General preferences, click on the interface tab and under Launch Behaviour select Launch to previous state then go to the Document tab and under Launch Behaviour click on Launch to preferred state then click set preferred state and ok and your poser will open up just as it closed..
I don't actually think you need to do the first step on the interface tab but i do it just in case..lol

Thank you Sky and Dizzi..I was thinking of putting my runtimes on my main drive simply because this is a new computer and the main drive is huge compared to the external..I might give that a go tomorrow and just copy a few things over and see how it works..
Thanks again for your replies and if this doesn't work i'll contact the vendor..

I did what you said to do Sky and all it added were my Poser 7 runtimes, not my external runtimes on my external drive..Do i take that to mean it only works for default runtimes??
I think it's just a bug with me Dizzi because i haven't seen anyone else with this problem..

Tried everything i could but nothing works, pity because it looks so good..While i'm here i also get an error when i go to Scripts/Partners/Shaderworks/Import-runtimes..A window pops up saying
The script will "kill" the application
Your scene will be lost!
Do you want to processd?
Proceed is spelt like that too which i thought a bit stranges seeing it's spelt wrong..
Anyway when i click proceed it closes down Poser..
Other than those two problems i'm having a ball with the program and all my textures load perfectly from my external runtimes.
