Thanks Bill!
For me it's no biggie- I figure eventually it'll get sorted out...I don't use it for business, so I'm not overly concerned, just thought that someone might have a trick up their sleeve...
There's always "stuff" with the new versions... :o)

Ok, glad to hear that there are issues present. I've been communicating with SM tech support over the last week about an issue with the library browser having a problem when a vendor inadvertently uploads a misnamed texture file reference. On my machine, even when I point it to the file it's supposed to be using, it refuses to accept that differently named file and continues to look for the one that the pz2 file refers to. Tech support has had me try different things, but no luck. I have to either re-name the file to it's proper name within the browser search window that comes up, or Alt+Ctrl+Delete to shut Poser down. I know how to fix the vendor's boo boo, but sometimes you don't know it's there until you're halfway into a scene and then you have to lose your work in order to get P8 to behave!
Anyone else have a similar issue to this or know what might be causing it?

AH, a common denominator! The fix worked for me too! :o) But I too was wondering the same thing about "Why now?"...
Anyhoo, thank you for all your work and insight and I hope everyone else gets up and running!

Thanks Momcat! It was actually the FaceShop upgrade that I was after that started the whole thing...So no $$ "lost" or anything. And yes, they were very helpful. :o)

Quote - ::sigh:: I hope they can get this fixed soon. I wonder how many of us there actually are. I'm very interested in knowing what the common denominator is here.
Me too, Momcat! I've tried downloading older purchases- both here and at RDNA- still the same mess. I've downloaded purchases from other non- Bondware sites (zip format) and they work fine. I, too, see the funky images like the one you posted. Wonder if the Bondware people are off for the weekend...? Guess we just sit and wait.... :o/

Addendum to last post:
Tried unzipping tonight's purchase of Danae's Milan with WinRar- same CRC errors. Cleared browser cache and re-downloaded it. This is the error file from WinZip:

Hi there-
Figured I'd put my 2 cents in here as well as I, too, am having issues both here and at another Bondware site. I got one product there to work properly after clearing my browser cache, but one still refuses to unzip properly. I did what turtleheart suggested here in another post and may have gotten something to work (haven't tried it in Poser yet).
I have also noticed garbled images on both sites as of the last few days- strange colors and pixel-ly blocks through an image, or an image not loading at all. I had installed XP SP3 before, but un-installed it when things started to go wonky- thinking it may be the problem. So far no. I wasn't having any problems prior to the last few days...
Hope they get it figured out for you all (and us too)! :o)

Thread: Victoria 4.1 Poser to Vue problem...? | Forum: Vue
UPDATE:
Ok, I downloaded the V4.1 files again and reinstalled all the necessary files, then started from scratch. Guess what? It worked!!!! I'm thinking that the problem might have been caused by a V4 morph that I was using (pulling it apart and looking at the way it was created, it seems that it was done a little differently than a standard morph).
So, again, thanks for your time and help! :)
