"I don't think Spike's been 'harassing' Teri...he has responded a few times that they are working to fulfill her request." You haven't seen how many (harmless) posts have been deleted then. Teri was asking in a very civil way until they started deleting practically every one of her posts but not just canceling her membership.

An example of what was great about the OT: Folks like Allen9 and I bashing each other over politics in one thread, talking about being slaves/servents/employees of our cats in the next, trading jokes in the next thread, etc...

I'd bet you can't. The more "active members" the site has, the better they think they'll look to advertisers or people silly enough to buy their software. Two members that I know were "banned" were still kept as "active members." If you sort the member list by "last logon" and tell it to start at 84683 (half the membership, see link) you'll find they haven't logged on in almost three months, not terribly "active," if you ask me... Compared to the 'rosity forums: Threads are re-ordered, most recent on posted to first (Threads of little interest will settle to the "bottom") Avatars (at least off site ones, for now) can be used. And most important of all: Great administrators!
