Ah, thanks.Â
I searched for it at Ryverthorn's store here at Rendorosity (it's not here), and I looked at Ryverthorn's store at DAZ (it's not sold there either) and I checked out your own Nouschka web store for info (there was none). Never got to RDNA.
But why should I have to hunt?
Anyway, nice textures.

And exactly where can one purchase or otherwise obtain the Maria Antoinette Gown?
It would help if this information was included somewhere in your advertising.

The problem: You visit a lot of web sites that want you to create a username and password, but you don't want to use the same username/password combination over and over again. How do you remember so many unique username/passwords without going crazy?
The solution: I HIGHLY recommend ROBOFORM (www.roboform.com) for easy password management, protection against phishing web sites, and quick, unique passport generation. There's a version you can try for free. It eliminates the need to remember a lot of unique username/passwords for the many web sites you visit. Sometimes I don't remember that I've visited a web site before until Roboform tells me that I've already created a username/password for it.

"BTW - Anastasia was NOT Disney. It was Don Bluth."<<
Did anybody mention "Anastasia?"
I don't think so.
We were talking about "POCHAHONTAS," which was indeed a DISNEY film.
As for Phil Cookes's ROTOSCOPER, you don't need to do your animation literally frame by frame. You can use Rotoscoper to set up key frames every ten frames or so, depending on the motion. That saves a lot of time.
By the way, here's another COOL TRICK.
Okay now, pay close attention:
There's this program called ENDORPHIN that lets you make all kinds of neat synthesized motions for 3D human figures. The real version of the program saves the motions out as BVH files and such. However, the real version of the program also costs $10,000.00.Â
YIKES!
But there's a FREE training version of the program that lets you save your motions as AVI files.
And guess what you can then plug right into ROTOSCOPER?
That's right --Â good old AVI files.
So you can use the free version of ENDORPHIN to synthesize motions for use in ROTOSCOPER as a guide for your Poser animations.
See, I just saved you $10,000.00 and I don't even know you.
Here's the link for ENDORPHIN:

It's a little-known fact that Disney Studios has been using rotoscoping since "Snow White".Â
Rotoscoping was invented in the late nineteen-twenties by his rivals, Max and Dave Fleischer, for their silent "Out of the Inkwell" cartoons featuring Koko the Clown. The technique was quite advanced by the early thirties. When Disney started working on feature-length cartoons, it was important to animate humans in such a way that they could carry a story dramatically. Disney's animators shot reference film in live-action, using actors (often the ones who provided the characters' voices), for virtually every "human" character, and quite a few non-human ones as well. Much of this reference film still exists in the Disney vaults today.
The studio never called it "rotoscoping" becuse they didn't just trace over the film exactly, the way the Fleichers had. They exaggerated certain movements to give charcaters more of a "cartoony" feeling. So they always referred to it instead as reference film.
But, yeah, Disney animators have been rotoscoping since the very first full-length feature ever animated.

Quote - The one thing I wish I knew for certain is that Yoshi's app =is= coming out. That way I could start saving up for the cameras one by one........
Â
I feel the same way. I think it's unfortunate that Yoshi started this thread but appears to have abandoned it. A simple message giving us some sort of update would be greatly appreciated.
YOSHI, ARE YOU LISTENING?

Quote - Some people really like themselves. Anyhow, I never bought poser 6 and I am still on the fence about poser 7. To call people whiners for not having your point of view is ignorant. Didn't your mom teach you better? Is the silence broken yet...?
-Some people do like themsleves. To whom are you referring?
-Thanks for the update on your plans to upgrade. Keep us posted.
-I think it's ignorant to whine and complain before software actually arrives.
-Best to leave my mother out of this. She doesn't use Poser.
-No, the silence hasn't been broken in any significant way. Sounds more like the only thing that's been broken is wind.

And a deafening silence was suddenly heard from all of the whiners, complainers and naysayers.
I've said it before and I'll say it again:
I think Poser 7 is going to be the most exciting release of Poser EVER!

lol, I disagree. P6 was not worth my money and I thought the new figures were garbage. The crappy SR releases also prove otherwise. It may be a matter of opinion but in my opinion you are wrong.
Â
The prediction made above was that Poser 7Â was the "end" of Poser.
You may not have liked Poser 6, but it wasn't the "end" of anything.
I don't think Poser 7 will be the "end" of anything, either.
But you're certainly free to stop using Poser if you want to. It can be the "end" for you.
Be my guest.
It IS a matter of opinion. That's why threads like this are ultimately useless until the product actually comes out.

Quote - Â My nose tells me that the developers at E-Frontier don't have much to offer with P7 and that this may very well be the end of the Poser franchise.
These kinds of negative predictions about Poser have been made before and have been wrong. My nose tells me that this prediction will be wrong, too.
I think this new version 7 is an exciting, new beginning for Poser.
I look forward to Poser 7.

Thread: E-Frontier Announces Poser 7! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The real fun of this much-maligned Poser 7 ad campaign is going to be watching all the early naysayers and whiners slowly get excited about Poser 7 as its new features get revealed.
I think that many of them will discover that they jumped the gun with their announcements on these boards of how they weren't going to upgrade, no matter what.
As I said earlier in this thread:
I predict that this will be one of the most EXCITING upgrades to Poser ever.
And for measely $129 bucks, how can you go wrong?
I'm upgrading - and now I'm REALLY anxious to do it.

Quote - If that is the only thing you can come back with after I take my time to show interest in your work. That’s just inconsiderate. Well thank you. You only look at small trivial things and not the big picture.
Correct one person, but fall in line with the lemming. Have a nice day.
Sorry, but I didn't understand your reply. That was all I was commenting on. It was just a joke. Didn't mean to offend.
I think we all just need to keep an open mind. I think this is e-Frontier's first really good crack at a Poser upgrade (I think Poser 6 was good but probably rushed out the door) and we have no idea what to expect so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I don't think the future should always be regarded with rampant cynicism. That seems so old-fashioned.
