Can I use Rendered output from Poser 8 in commercial projects even if the Poser props are used e.g.

1. Using the supplied figures either modified or not

2. If I create a new object from some of the primitives or just use the primitives themselves

3. Other props

The Eula is not 100% clear to me on this one.

I've swapped my graphics card for the one in my wife's machine. I used to have a Radeon5450 and now have a Nvidia. So far so good. Shame about the ATI as it was quieter becasue it doesn't use an additional fan.

Looks really good Mike. I like the graveyard background. Checked out the others too. Where's the one with the packhorse bridge - it looks like West Yorkshire.

Looks great. Did you get it to play without rendering, i.e. in the preview window. I can only get that to happen if it is a background and not a prop - not sure why.

To import the AVI it has to be in the "old" AVI format. You can do this easily by downloading Virtualdub from the doom9.org site if it's still there.

Open your avi file in there and save to "old" format. It should work a treat from thereon.

VOB files / WMV / MPEG will not import it has to be strictly AVI.

Any animations that you have produced in Poser, will, of course reimport without any problem.

I too have similar problems where the app just simpl stops working. This is primarily if I delete the default character when the windows dialogue box appeared. I have no Google Chrome or anything like that (know prob) and have to save regularly as it can happen at anytime.

I have used a user defined startup with no initial figure but it can still happen. Can't establish a credible pattern to reproduce on demand but it will happen over time so could be a memory leaj or some other cumulative resource eating prob.

Win7 Home Premium, Intel core 2 quad with 4Gb Ram. ATI Radeon 5450 card with up to date drivers and latest poser 8.
