Thank you very much. Have been playing around with zBrush this month. This indeed is a useful link. :-) Nomad

Jon, Your works are indeed a fantastic resource to those of us that crave fantasy and legend. Please keep modeling. -=Nomad=-

You may want to try this guy. He creates some awesome props for Poser in the megaphone era. I am sure he has one. Cheers! -=Nomad=-Thread: How do I open a pict file on pc? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hey Jim and wyrwulf. The program ACDSEE I told Tammy about will open any PC or MAC image file then all you have to do is "save image as" and convert it to jpg, tif, bmp, gif etc... it is not only a image viewer but a lot more. I personally use Adobe Photoshop for my finish work on Bryce & Poser images but when I run into a conflect such as Tammy did with the pict format I simply open it up in acdsee and convert it to the pc format I need. They also have a shareware version. I haven't found another image converter yet that would do this. It's just that simple. Cheers! -=Nomad=-

I use acdsee 3.1 it will allow you to view and convert almost all graphic formats. Hope this helps.Thread: Gopher anyone? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I am willing to pay for the gopher project. Thank you Bloodsong for your advice. This is for a client. As for morphing the animal myself, I don't think I can do this. I don't have the talents you gentlemen have. I will check with Deborah as you said. I don't know if Zygote has one ready made or maybe another digital 3D modeler? I have only a few weeks to complete the project. I guess I need to lighten up eh?

Bloodsong, would you be willing to create this gopher yourself? If so contact me at nomadgraphics@usa.net. It needs to be in poser format and fully animatable. And thank you for your warm reply. Nomad

Thanks Wern! I don't know why my friend did this but the chimpanzee is showing only two objects i.e. face & body. That will make it a lot harder for slicing. Yes I do have Poser 4.0 and I have just a little understanding of it yet. If the model had been more complexed as having multi-body parts I could have put it in trueSpace and added ik to the model. I will have to work on slicing the model and then follow what you guys have told me about phi building. Looking forward to your tutorial. :-)

Thank a lot. :-) I said I was a beginner to Poser not to 3D modeling. Yes, I have trueSpace 4.0 for my modeling though I have not tried figure modeling as of yet. I also use Bryce 4.0 I will try to look at my user manuals a little better and use your advise on the phi builder. "if I find time". Thanks a lot and if you wish to see what a "beginner" can do go here. http://www.ipa.net/~n0mad
Thread: How to multiply a model without using a lot of storage? | Forum: Bryce
How about placing one of the models you want to use in your modeling program and reduce the polygons? If it is to be used as a background image the model would not suffer from the reduction. -=Nomad=-
