Hi Phil... Visualisation is handled by the Biovirtual plugin (right click in the player window for info). Speech synthesis and AI (which is not in this demo) supported by other partners.

Sounds just the ticket... we NEED to get away from the standard looking figures in order to be taken seriously as a real character development software/community. Michael 2 goes some way in this respect, but, well, its still Michael isn
t it? Id be fascinated to see some eye candy illustaring this Konan. And beta testers... if you need another, I
d be very keen ;-)

oh, yes... it`s therefore possible to get a true photoreal likeness of a person into a talking, 3D, renderable character as a result ;-) Anyone...

Nuke - you are very close there. 3DMeNow forms a large part of this technique, but I would advise you to hold on a little while if you are thinking of getting it. Things are developing very fast on that front ;-) Like I said, getting that to lipsynch and render in Poser (as this was) took some figuring out... but I think the potential is interesting. Just thought some folks might be interested to see how progs can be made to work together. Thanks.

This is just so sad... and such a crazy situation. Its absolutely ridiculous for anyone to criticise Thorne
s outstanding work in such a lowlife way. Im just too outraged by these morons to write. Thorne - I
ll miss your wonderful faeries so much ;-( All of us who comprise this awesome creative force that is the Poser community stand firmly behind you. Good luck.. and fare ye well...

Sounds like a great idea George! Personally, I`m planning on doing a lot of work with these MTs, so should have a few to go up in the coming weeks. Again, thanks for the most inspiring possibilities ;-)

I think he looks great Dave! Due to his altered polys and mapping, you are developing something which is starting to shed the Poser "look", which for my money is extremely interesting. I would imagine that with some cool bump mapping, and possibly rendering in MAX with sophisticated lighting, it`ll look even better. Excellent. BTW, are you making these new items (MTs and textures) available to the purchasers of Cerulian?
