LSX-MPEG Encoder by Ligos corporation converts AVI to the different MPG formats. I think Adobe Premiere allows you to convert the other way. Corel Photo Paint 8 can open AVI files and edit individual frames independantly.

Out of memory errors seem to occur with corrupted poser files. Save frequently to reduce the problem. I don't think it is due to real memory problems.

There used to be a utility that converted all figure and object elements in a pz3 file into a new object. Sorry, but I just can't remember the name. Perhaps someone could ?

Use the CR 2 Editor, a shareware program in the utilities section of Renderosity. For Windows only, it converts poser files into a directory - tree-like structure for easy editing. Good luck.
