We have visitors that can view members gallerys' directly without having to be a member. Frontpage is viewable without having to be a member so it could be visitors that is why we say surfers instead of members at the top listing. Or it could be search engines using their bots or worms to update their information. The Who's Online is strictly members. thanks tammy

Thanks Kendra. jumpstartme2 - it is priority shipping for domestic and airmail and global priority for international. we might look into other shipping methods as well. It is based on weight and cost to ship that product not percentage. tammy

Sorry Kendra. I am not sure what to say. We normally do ship DVD and CDs in bubble wrapped envelopes. We have been doing this since we started selling CDs. Unless it was someone new handling the shipping that day. thanks tammy

Details of the Interactive Magazine should begin mid-feb 2004. tammy

We will provide more detailed information on this area once we have it ready to go for the public. We made this announcement because we were communicating to subscribers and felt we needed to communicate to the members as well. Our goal is to launch around March 2004. We will communicate more during that time. -Judith is very correct. I completely agree with her. This is a new business and must cover its cost in the beginning but as this grows and becomes more successful, it opens opporuntities to other participating. That was our goal with the print magazine but the costs were so expensive that we did not quite get there, so we provided a copy of the magazine to that contributor. We will provide contributing artists a PDF version of their article to include in their portfolio. -Submission and subscriber agreements - be available closer to launch. -Penguinisto - again we began communicating with subscribers and felt that this should be shared with the community as well. -Cost of the interactive magazine will be provided around launch. -Product reviews will most likely be about software products. This was what was in the print version. -Content - will be shared closer to launch. -Stopping the printed version - this was disappointing to us but when something is not covering it costs - you can't continue it. -Previews - there will be a preview section for anyone to see as well as the layout of the Interactive Magazine. -Referring to the publishing agreement for 90 days. This is standard publishing language. -Advertising - this is something that we plan to grow within the interactive magazine.
