We have made shipping calculation improvements. The shipping process now takes into account the savings when multiple items are shipped in one package. Members ordering shippable products will see immediate savings when ordering multiple shippable items on the same order. We appreciate your feedback on this issue and are glad to bring this improvement to you. thanks Store Staff

"We appreciate your feedback on this issue.."

Would a suggestion be appreciated? I was irritated at paying $5 shipping for a DVD to have it arrive in a non protected envelope. For that price it could have at least arrived in a padded envelope and still not cost the full $5.

Sorry Kendra. I am not sure what to say. We normally do ship DVD and CDs in bubble wrapped envelopes. We have been doing this since we started selling CDs. Unless it was someone new handling the shipping that day. thanks tammy

If it's normal that they're shipped protected then I'm ok with it. I'm not so much concerned about the one I got so much as the idea of paying more for less the next time. (did that make sense?) It's just that I'm a postmaster relief for two offices and I know what the mail goes through. :)

Just curious here...what kind of shipping rates does 'Rosity have? Is it 'flat shipping' or precentage?

Thanks Kendra. jumpstartme2 - it is priority shipping for domestic and airmail and global priority for international. we might look into other shipping methods as well. It is based on weight and cost to ship that product not percentage. tammy
