Don't quote me, but I seem to remember such an issue that involved an update to internet explorer that caused problems with Poser around that time. Why Internet Explorer? - I can't remember.

@tastiger sorry for the hassle factor. We use Amazon Cloudfront to edge-cache the release installers which are actually stored in Amazon S3.

After more research, it appears it can take up to 24 hrs for updates to propagate to all edge-cache locations. More detail here if interested: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/cloudfront-serving-outdated-content-s3/

Please try downloading the installers again later today and let us know if problems persist.

I have no idea what the hell is going on with my download, 3 times now, uninstalling each time. The version I am downloading is 03-30-2020 03:03 am I have tried both download links, even cleared the cookies in my browser, but I still get 11.2..329

Anyone else getting this after uninstalling and then installing 11.3 and applying Snarly's AV fix? Showing up as 11.2.329 ?

No changes to the additional content files on this release. You will find La Femme base figure and L'Homme base figures now in software installation. But no changes in content zips on Additional Content Files area.

I have to agree, slowed down here as well, I actually avoid using Superfly because of it.

This does raise the question of QC, something like this should have been found in beta testing.

Poser 3 was my first version and I remember being so excited when I found out I could actually edit .bum files with Corel Photopaint, ah - those were great days, I sort of miss those days, when it was a real community and not an adjunct to a store front.

From the error it looks like it is called from two places (in particular, see the Poser2014 Runtime line on d:). Try to see if you have only one copy, and that it is in the Program Files folder where you have Poser's exe installed?

I'm not sure why that would cause an issue, when it didn't prior to this, also I don't have a D:PoserPro 2014. Also there has never been an issue of running any python scripts in multiple versions of Poser, I have always just copied over the Python directory to the new version and kept them in the previous version, as I always needed a couple of versions for testing.

I have sent a message to Netherworks, so we will see where that leads us.

Just to point out people I'm not a newbie to Poser, I have been around since version 3, so I have fair idea of it's workings, Runtime Rodent worked in all versions since it's release back when RDNA was still around, it is only the mentioned update that it hasn't worked with, what I was after is someone to confirm the problem before I took it to Netherworks

I am a bit wary about going to the 3/10 update at least until this issue is resolved one way or another.as it hasn't shown up in Poser as an official update .

Just a note:- my install didn't ask to uninstall previous version - but all seems to work OK

Quick question I notice that it is stated to remove previous install(s) - I had problems with installation of the early adopter releases actually loading Poser after install, should I also remove Poser Pro 2014?

I know in the past previous versions have all played nicely together and at some stage I may need to test something in earlier versions.....

There is the issue that as far as I know Poser 11 Standard is 32 bit whereas Pro is 64 bit - please correct me if I am wrong. Some people may still be using 32 bit machines.
