You have at least one other morph installed that has a non-zero default value. Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Shape, Edit>Figure>Memorise>Memorise Figure Shape, then go to File>Save as>Support Assets>Save Modified Assets and make a note of the shapes listed, then cancel (actually saving can overwrite some things that should have non-zero defaults). Once you know the culprits you can check for updates, uninstall them, or save a preset with them zeroed and use that to load the figure in future.

OK so I surrendered and decided to give D|S a go, worked well with characters until I tried Genesis 9.
