Have you already purchased VV1? If so, you can just redownload that purchase and it contains the updated file. wyrmmaster wanted his customers to receive the update free. Please let me know if that is the case. yvette

Thank you for the inforomation rkamil. What we do know is that for some reason the internationl mastercard purchases are not being recognized by the banks and in turn being declined. After more research we will be calling our processing company on monday to track this illusive problem. thanks, yvette

Yes, this seems to be the trend. We have talked with our card processing system and some of the banks. The card system says the order was declined by the bank, the bank has no record of the decline and we can't get either system to think there is a problem with the system. We are still working on it. If you will send a list of products you want and the amount I can do a voice authorization since I have your other information. Just email store@renderosity.com if we can help you with this. Please make sure your security settings are set on default and 128 bit encryption. Also might want to try Netscape Communicator rather that IE. MAC users have been having some problems with IE and purchasing. Let me know if that works for you, yvette
