No doubt you'll get a anwser from the admins shortly but same thing applies to me. Ill be making a fair sized purchase in the next few days myself. What I had to do was go through the motions of buying. Appears the purchase info does get saved even when the Mastercard fails to process. Called them directly last time and manually completed the order. Think emailing directly may have the same effect.
