I find IBL lights handy for all sorts of stuff. They do seem to render faster so long as I don't use an image map and Antons lights are really rather good too. I've used 'em before now on test renders

nice texture - the face morph is a bit angular for my liking but the skin is nice :)

I have a feeling it's more to do with the render than the figure. I get seams on any model when I import them into Vue but you don't see 'em in the render

try setting the min shading rate to 0, pixel samples to 26. Use a Volumetric spotlight with raytraced shadows (or depth mapped with a map size of 2048) render to 900x1500 and use Lucretia locks hair (if you have it) that is a render killer on its own :)

make sure you have high enough render settings. I used to get problems with Milan till I started using outrageous render settings and she's fine now.

I normally have pixel samples up round 26 and the one that's better the lower it is (can't remember the name offhand) set to 0

multiple undo is fine apart from it stores waaaaay too many of 'em and bogs the machine down something shocking. I reset mine to about 10 (rather than 100 O.O )

most of my renders are done with a very dim IBL with no map and an infinite - it's a pretty good all round light setup I think

buy the HTML bible and do it in notepad* that way you have total control over what the code looks like and what it does :)

oh and my res is 1440x900 on a 19" widescreen LCD
