Yes, I am having some difficulty with that area. 
I am getting a heavy reflection on the lips rendering, even at lower light levels, which isn't apparent on the preview.

Did I see a post somewhere about 'specularity' levels, or some such???

Isn't External Binary Morphs a good thing?  Isn't this part of the great functionality of P6 over P5 that allows for smaller RAM imprint?  Don't I want Binary Morph targets?  Is this an issue Daz will ever address, or am I going to be robbed of extra functionality?  Or do I have this all wrong?

I reckon you got it. I am getting the same junk line 2 error message and had my update box checked. 

I did install pro bundle for V4 and the EBM issue is a seperate thing IMO.

I think ef are doing a 'verfication thang' on folk who have pre ordered Poser 7 maybe?
Automatic check on those whose copies have the update check enabled perhaps?

It seeems what we have is a timing 'coinkydinky' between V4 & P7.

Just a small FYI if it is of interest to anyone...a bit OT but if you would forgive that.....

I just offered up RonStuffs Precision Measuring Tool prop to V4 and she comes out at an impressive 5' 11"

If you scale her whole body to 90% she fits in at a more real world 5' 4"

I reckon V4s proportions are notably more 'real world' than earlier versions.

I'll agree that Jessi was pretty good in that respect too, 
........even if her body shape was eerrr....unusual! LOL

Well, I don't pretend to be an expert but I reckon she certainly is if realism is your kick.

I have looked at the wealth of morphs available for the face and feel this is an excellent start.

I also like the fact that you can get asymmetry in the body as well now.

Like anything else, she won't be perfect, but I feel she is a fine successor to V3 with a good step up in the realism stakes. 

For my requirements, they have made a fine start with her.

As I said earlier though...I think your solution is more elegant...and it does appeal.

Ah an interesting approach. 

So you have seperate runtimes for Hair, Lights etc?

When I first installed Poser 6 I noticed it referenced the old P5 installation too and on occasion I did access the old P5 Runtime.

I uninstalled Poser 5 some time ago. Recently my Poser 6 installation in the C: dive fell over in a messy fashion so I re-installed P6 to my E: drive and kept it pared to the minimum only installing what I wanted to use and uninstalling it when I had finished the project.

My archive....mostly in zip format............ I access from a browser and just install what I want when I want it, and uninstall again when I am done.

I think your solution is more elegant. ;0)

I shall have to get familiar with setting up and using external runtimes then. :0/
