Ah! I did not know that...hence the reason I always ask before Frankensteining my computer programs.
Thanks for the help and the most needed warning.

:woot: bwahahahahaha!!! Two new normals that will soon be sleep deprived posers! :woot: Welcome to the dollhouse, you two! One of the funnest programs you could learn...and like Acadia said, it can get pricey if you're not careful. Trust me on that, I've got a maxed out credit card to prove it! :blushing: The lure of pretty clothes, pretty morphs and fabulous add-ons will grab you instantly, but, on the bright side, there are so many freebies out there that will blow your mind as well.
Welcome to a whole new way to play on the computer.

With apologies to quim2001 for using Zeb in so frighteningly a situation...is that a word?
Thread: A couple of questions about file extentions from a semi-noob | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Now, see, I looked in the manual and I saw the files listed seperately , but, not in a list! :blushing: Thank you for another reference I can use, I guess I didn't dig deep enough in the manual.

Thread: Textures for BATLAB's new China Leotard? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - There are four free textures at my home page, and sometime I'll get round to doing some more.
OMG!!! Please do more, your textures are fabulous!! I totally love the neon green texture...it has a great retro sci/fi look.
Did ya'll get a chance to get the leotard for Michael? Too funny! Don't know why BAT did it, but, it looks kinda cool, very erotic japanese anime-ish. I didn't see it in the list when I went back, so it may have been an extreme limited edition. I hope he does more, there ain't enough drag queen clothes for the guys to model.
Thread: Question about Miki | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I'm really starting to feel love for Miki! Outstanding renders and extremely realistic in portrait settings. I do agree, though, her rigging is crap, even with her own poses she has some horrible bends that look painful.
As for morphs, RDNA has a body set and a face set that add dozens of morphs and work really well, she actually has muscle tone!! They have a sale going on for her, so you can get her stuff for 30 - 40 percent off. (No, I'm not a merchant there! :tt2: )
Even though her package on CP has a lot of stuff, she is very pricey...I have the CP Passport and timed it just perfect and got her for $25 a few months ago. I'm hoping they do that for her male counterpart, Mr. K, if they ever do, he's mine.
The only problem I have with the clothing available is, damn near 85 percent of all the normal clothes are dynamic and I get massive headaches from the cloth room since I'm still learning how to use it.
Thread: Any experiences/opinions RE: "artistic nudity" & your ISP? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Oh man, David, I can't even begin to comprehend the situation you're in right now. You and your family...as well as all the Rendo people in that area of the world...are in my thoughts. Please stay safe, and let us know how you're doing as time permits.
For the original poster...My ISP is TimeWarner (RoadRunner) and they give the same restrictions, but, it really means, "We reserve the right to take down your website, IF someone complains." When I was doing my stint with photography, I had my website to promote my B&W body shots for 3 years and never had a problem...in Feb of this year, I added a section for my Poser stuff and within 4 days, the site was taken down because one of the religious fundies complained about a Sci/Fi fetish piece I did with Poser. The real life naked shots didn't bother him (many of which were homo-erotic in nature), but, V3 and M3 in leather and chains offended him! Go figure.
Basically, as long as long as no one complains, your site will be fine.

Awesome color on the hair, by the way.

Thread: Guess Who? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
That's too funny and it looks really cool, you did a really fine job even if by accident. Do I smell a freebie in the air? (wink wink, knudge knudge) You could name him Alex Almond. :tt2:
Thread: surreal real love or just imagination | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I agree with Miss Nancy, at least when it comes to me personally. I can't draw a straight line to save my life...even simple smiley faces, drawn free hand, look like mutant monsters.
I've tried just about everything to release my artistic side, from jewelry, to stained glass, to a current hobby of photography. Painting and drawing were always beyond my scope of abilities. It always kinda burned me, because, my brother is, literally, a natural borne artist when it comes to drawing. Then I found Poser, Bryce and Terragen!!! Now my laptop is my studio and with it I can create pieces I never dreamed of being able to create before.
Wow, sorry, I tend to babble at times...AAANNNYYWAY! To the original point of this thread. Everything I've created with Poser is from my imagination. I'll see something in the market place and an idea will hit me, or I'm just playing around and suddenly an idea will come to mind. What ya'll see in my gallery is nothing compared to the file on my computer of stuff that will probably never be posted. haha
I have the house to myself this weekend from Friday, noon, to Sunday around 9pm...who knows what will leap from the bowels of my mind and end up in my gallery! LOL!!

Thread: last chance for the Gay Pride Russian Egg and Wedding Egg textures! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Very Cool! I love the color blends on the pride egg, and the wedding egg is gorgeous!! It looks like Wedgewood.
Are these just textures or stand-alone models? I'm at work, so, I can't play with them yet.
Thanks for sharing these.
