Caro, We have taken off the 30 day limit to receive downloads. We are receiving requests from people that for one reason or another have had computer crashes and lost all their products. Taking the 30 day limit off enables us to activate their downloads if necessary. Members still can't exceed their max download attempts of 3 or 4. yvette

The size of the file is on the initial purchase information. We do try and minimize the file size by using jpg files and zips when possible. Some may get by us though :)- yvette

Cliss, If the download is an ez file please rename before download starts. That's part of the problem. If you need additional downloads, email the store@renderosity.com yvette

If this is an exclusive there are the exclusive arrangement which includes a banner for your product and article on front page if $20 or greater. At this time we are limited in the number of products we feature on the front page and cannot guarantee your product will be placed there. You can purchase more banner adds if you like. Also, if you put a couple freebies in the free stuff gallery that require your product, that sometimes increases purchases. yvette
