Yes, I chose that tunic just because it is in the Costume Shop CD. ($49.95) DAZ also has a Tunic Pak for $14.95. I don't know if they have an exact duplicate of the one in the Costume Shop CD...but it might be good enough. I have both the Tunic Pak and Costume Shop CD...

Jim, do you by chance have an illustrated tutorial of the process you described? I guess I have a learning disability, and it's easier for me to understand if I see what you're talking about.

First, Mr. Hoagland should know of my desire to give proper credit for poses. (I showcase some of his poses on my site.) Second, this is very much the first phase of the idea: Asking questions, and seeing just what options there are. It seems that it might be easier to make poses from scratch than to tweak poses that someone made for the Poser 4 dork, or Posette. And when I think of such a thing, I get easily intimidated by the potential scope of the project. As for hair, I have an idea that it is not a good idea to have hair involved unless someone else uses the same exact model with the same hair. That's why we have so many poses that cause our figures to flip their wigs.

First of all, my friends call me Ron, and you're one of my friends, automatically, grin. I love talking to people here, and on the 3D-CC email group. You might guess my last name is Knights, and our legends state that our heritage goes back to Great Britain. Some family history has us going back to the Court of Charlemaign (Sp?! Was he in Britain, or somewhere else?!) At any rate, I would guess it this way: Peak times are: 1.) In the morning before people go to work. 2.) At noon maybe (people surfing the web at work, even if they are not supposed to!) 3.) After work, when people are at their computers, checking email, catching up on stuff... whatever. So it is possible, not necessarily guaranteed, that the peak hours might not include the hours between 8-5. Well, come to think of it many businesses use the internet as part of their business. So maybe your best best to get things done is to be an early bird, or a late-night owl?! Of course, as you stated, one needs to translate US hours to their own time zone, perhaps? I'm not smart enough for that.

Yes, Phil. I found your older stuff, and was quite pleased because there is some really neat stuff there. I guess I will just use those Cheerleader poses with that character and see about trying to find others for Veronica or better yet, Vicky. I know about hair loss... I am 51, and have had a "receding hairline" for years...Then one day I used an extra mirror and found the back was going bald as well. The irony is that what is left of my hair is longer than ever before...

OK, believe it or not, I even did the parent thing for the hair on the last render. It appears that the pose set has a way of knocking the character's hair off anyway. Maybe that is because the poses came with their own cheerleader figure, and the poses were somehow made to go with her only?!

Sounds simple enough. I will likely try that after I get done painting Vicki's and Mike's bodies. I am involved in another thred that began when I was trying to find pants or leggings for Mike that go with a tunic. It was suggested that I just clothes onto a copy of the texture map.

Please do not aplogize about the price. I have only seen a fraction of what is on your CD, and I know that work was fantastic. So if you're offering more for $79, then it is a great price. You deserve to make some money too.

I saw one example...Warbird....All I can say is "Hubba Hubba." She looks real enough to.... ouch....I'd better shut up. I can't wait to see the one you forgot. So, I did find the Mike texture map...one said no genitals, which the other said it had them... I guess. I just wasn't sure if that's what you were talking about. So I paint wherever I want stuff to go. Wow, this is really exciting. Yes, I do remember enough to save the newly painted copy with another name, grin.

My friend, you have already given away much of your excellent work.... I know you've had troubles finding a free web site host that would tolerate the kind of traffic you get. I don't blame you for charging for the CD...I still don't know or remember the price. I'm sure it is worth the money. Why not let me know any further details so that I can keep the site/information bookmarked or saved, and I will have something to look forward to.
