ah ok if they are stock V3 morphs and you have a platinum club membership over at DAZ than I would recommend Injection Pose Builder. Injection magic has a few extra tools above and beyond Injection pose Builder but those are mostly for developers of new figures or clothing.
Thread: INJ/REM files | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
um no what I was asking is what is the source of the morphs, are they existing morphs in the figure, are they morphs you created? did you create them in Poser or in a seperate modeler? the answer to what will work best depends on what exactly you are wanting to do.
Thread: INJ/REM files | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
yes but it depends on what you are using them for. for creating injection poses for stock injection morphs you can try Injection pose builder or injection magic, both over at DAZ, for creating injections and delta files for original morphs you can use Pozers little helper availible here: http://members.lycos.co.uk/poser3/ and there are some great tools by Dimension 3D here in the Renderosity stores for converting morphs to injections.
Thread: How do I make an Injection file for a custom head morph for V4 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
yes PLH will work fine for aiko. she uses the same community channel names as V3 so there should be no problem assigning custom morphs to them. Any figure with injection channels can be used with PLH, for some you may want to create a new morph list, there are instrucitons on the PLH site on how to do that, but its pretty simple.
Thread: Victoria 4 / Poser/ texturing | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
you can find the templates down at the bottom of the V4 Base page http://www.daz3d.com/i.x/shop/itemdetails/-/?item=4783&cat=350 as far as applying it here is an old tutorial I did covering the steps applying textures to a figure, it should give you a start. http://poserpros.daz3d.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6969
Thread: Favourite Modelling app for Poser? Help! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
pretty much any app that can export .obj files will work with poser just fine. its better if the app can do exportable uv mapping and grouping right in the app. But ultimately you have to factor in the Grok factor, the best modeler in the world doesn't help you if you are not comfortable using it. DAZ has used several apps over the years. Lightwave was popular for a while, and more recently Modo. but they don't use any one app exclusively. I tried lightwave at one point due to the fact that several people recommended it highly, but it never flowed for me. C4D works for me, I seemed to understand it almost intuitively but I have heard other people say that they couldnt stand the workflow and prefer something else. it is possible now that DAZ and E-fronteers both own a couple of modeling apps that one of those apps might come to the forefront for product development due to the fact that both companies are so familiar with the workflow of poser, but we will have to wait and see.
Thread: Unable to open saved V4 files | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
turn off save external binary morphs in your poser prefrences and you should be able to save V4 fine, it seems that for some reason V4 and EBMs dont work well together.

No you can't use a commercial texture in anything you distribute. you would need to either start with the templates and create your texture from scratch or use a merchant utility, such as the one from Sarsa here, which has specific permission to be modified and resold. http://www.daz3d.com/i.x/shop/itemdetails/-/?item=4763&cat=350
Thread: V4 phenomes? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - LD - excellent work. How did you create the phenomes? Did you use the morph tool in P7 or altered the objs in another package?
Unfortunately none of P7's features were compelling enough to upgrade (although I am very interested to see the IBL now that HDRs are supported). I use one of the big-three apps and convert Poser characters using a script which maintains the morphs. It's alot more work but geometry doesn't squish / blow out when deformed; hair and cloth are cachable and the rendering hundreds of thousands of polys is super fast (one Mil 3 character with SSS, ray tracing and moderately high sample rates takes about 30 seconds for a full body shot and about a minute using a face cam).
there is really no need to add custom morphs for Phonemes, all of the mouth movements are there already in other morphs, it just takes combining them to properly create the phonemes.

if you are mixing them and exporting a morph object containing the DAZ morph, no you cannot distribute such a morph, it would be derivitive. You could of course save out your morph injection containing only your own custom morph, and than provide code in your injection pose that also sets the controller for the DAZ morph this way you would end up with the same results without breaking copyright.

yeah PLH will work on V4, her free injection channels are named the same as the other mil figures so thats no problem, and even if they weren't you can create custom morph lists easily, they are just text files.
Thread: V4 Character creation - is it as hard as it sounds? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
well V4 doesnt have hidden dials in the first place so the unhide poses won't do anything you will still want to get rid of them if you want to hide your dials, what those injection poses are doing is exactly what a standard pose would do, set the dial settings, nothing more. what you can do is go through your pose and add a line after the name of the morph that just says hidden 1 it will look sort of like this. valueParm FBMBodyBuilder { name FBMBodyBulder hidden 1
Thread: Morphs don't work? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - Is this a product (P7) or a cluster (F)?
It's neither, it's a known limitation of Injection technology.

Spyder, no with V4 you dont need to use injections to distribute as long as you are using the stock morphs(in fact you cant use injections for the stock morphs for the simple reason that they aren't injection morphs). this is a new feature of V4 that it will save all morph settings in a pose file including full body morphs. all you have to distribute is the morph pose. the only reason injection poses were necessary in the mil 3 figures was becouse the base morphs came as injection poses, this is no longer true.

Spyder, if you are only using the stock morphs that come with V4 for your character you dont need injection pose builder. You can save a Morph Pose directly in Poser which will save all of your morphs automatically. FantastArt, yes you could use those hide pose dials(and yes that is exactly what they are for, to hide the dials, they are created to go with the REM poses) to hide your morph dials once created but it would probably be easier to delete all the unhide poses from the pose file you create. in IPB
