Norton used to be fine, but that was b4 NAV 2003, at least for me, with Poser 6 I've only had over heating probs that require to cool down the 'puter first b4 trying to use it again, but that's only when I'm using a bunch of figures in the same scene, in most cases the machine suddenly reboot without warning but that's 'cuz I'm using a 2100+ with a standard heatsink . . .

Defragmeting .obj files alter the check result when using RTEncoder or similar files to decode stuff, say like if the .obj is changed it will fail the validation of the file . . .?

Actually I just used 3 magnets to get the effect, I arraganged'em in a way they move the figure by slices, like a lattice in a standard 3d modeling program, now I have a new idea on how this could work without haveing to use one magnet per vertex . . .

Dun worry for the magnets, since inside poser they are props that exist in the runtime folder, once all the work is done one can edit the .cr2 file to reference the components of the magnets to lower resolution props or even null props, u will only need the ERC control to dial . . . BTW, kuroyume, have u tried to set up an IK for AM in the arms or u r just saying how to create one but haven't done the attempt? 'cuz everytime someone tryies to set up a chain like: Slhd-UpArm-ForeArm-Hand u end up with weird results . . .

I'm still investigating how to avoid certain effects tho, to get it to work as it should u can try the following: 1.- Load AM and rename the figure to any other that the original name so u dun get confused(u'll understand why later) 2.- Delete the bicep bone of the figure in the setup room, let's work with lBicef for example 3.- Make a chain as it fits ur needs, in the image above the chain configuration is: Left shoulder Left Upper Arm Left Fore Arm Left Hand (Goal) but u can try the old 3 bone setup as well from the Upper Arm to the Hand 4.- Now conform the unchanged AM to the one with the chain and use the hierarchy editor to hide the mesh 5.- Zero pose both and if u want to work with the legs chains activated just deactivate the ones of the visible mesh to avoid unwanted glitches (END) Now u have to work the poses with the hiden AM and morphs with the visible one . . . Anton, maybe u can figure out a better way to acomplish this , what do u think? Regards

About the distribution issues, use RTEncoder to encode the file using two seed files: the Victoria 2 mesh and Judy mesh. This way, the only users that will able to decode the distribution files must have Poser5 and Victoria2.
