If I had to guess, the bottom of point measurement is off in the distance. I recommend when you want to change the height of a figure, use the bottom of the foot rather than the ground. Many of the figures shrink from the middle, meaning the feet don't stay on the ground. As you shrink the figure, you'd get the height of the figure and the distance of the feet from the floor. To avoid accidentally selecting things in the background, hide them. I often hide everything else in the scene when measuring things. To adjust the length hover over the endpoints of the measuring line until a little circle pops up and drag it to where you want it. Also if you just want the height, don't forget to set the alignment to Y.

Thanks. I now reset the figure to the ground level after each resizing tweak.

How do I select just the vertex of the head? I can't find a tool that will only touch the figure instead of the background.

I'd appreciate any clarification on how this tool works. I want to create different sized people for height comparisons and I want them as accurate as possible.

BTW: I've noticed in some 3D artwork how the clavicular portion gets smaller when artist change the arms. The height sometimes looks smaller when it should be stretching. Is that a fault in morph settings or an oversight by artists?

If I wanted to make La Femme's shoulder muscles bigger should I use a magnet or the morph tool? I do not want to widen her shoulders. This is not for animation purposes.

Hello. I'm a new user of Poser 11. Recently I learned how to create a skydome using 3rd party addons like EZDome. But what do I do when the 'ground' of the skydome isn't on level with the default level of the Ground? For example, I set up an urban night scene (using a skydome) but the street level is much lower than the default ground level. The other question is how can I create an invisible floor just to simulate the subject's shadow? The subject is in a skydome so the HDRI is actually wrapped along the interior of the the dome.

You should have received four separate serial numbers in your order for Poser Fusion (one serial number per supported 3D application). Simply enter one of the serial numbers in Download Manager and you will be able to download all four versions. To activate, install the plugin, and then when you are prompted to activate in the host application use the serial number that is applicable to the version you want to use.
