Here is what I think happened. Daz wants to make Mike more public friendly hence no genitals. Daz wants to have one universal mesh to make everything from. But Mike 2.0 is still a better model even without the injection morphs. If injection morphs make mike 2.0 more advanced then that the same thing can be done with mike 2.0..... I still have not figured out what makes mike 3.0 more advanced then mike 2.0 yet... I think Mike 2.0 is being abandoned because he has a penis built into his geometry, if you want to get down to the real reason Vicky was used to remake mike....

So those of us who purchased Mike 2.0 and happen to like mike 2.0 over Mike 3.0 get burned by DAZ, Because Daz wants to promote a new product and abandon the other. Not a very nice way of doing business....

Im really wondering why it is that none of the stuff made for mike 3.0 is available for Mike 2.0 these days........ Is DAZ trying to kill off Mike 2.0 in favor of the Unisex version of Mike 3.0? I noticed Mike 3.0 is very good at producing young characters and thnner male figures, I can see why it would be popular, But why kill a good figure product like Mike 2.0 by sacrificing continued product support?

Question why does poser render so dark?

I first purchased poser 1 when it first came out, im not sure how far back that was I think it was in 93, I then purchased poser 2 in 96 and then poser 3, poser 4, and poser 5, Im 37, I think I have been working with poser 10 years.

Mec4d, It would be a very valuable rescorce if you could upload a tutorial to renderosity's tutorial section on this and your fur tech. I for one have been hopeing that you would do this:)

I think storing the inj morph in the figure is alot more easy then leaving them in a file to be injected.

There is a cheap fix, poser can import pp2 props, there is a free poser file manager in the free stuff under utilities, with it you an search the files by image in the moved directories, then when you find the prop you want you simply import it into poser.

Im at the Library of Congress, Ill see if I can track this book down and read it, If it's as good as you say it is Ill buy it as well, Since poser 5 is all greek to me.
