Maybe I need to experiment a bit more... There are so many options. Oh to have time for all and everything...
@pjz99: As a side note to side note, I think it's very nice dress! I'm just a newbie, so maybe these power-users here can get even more quality renders out of it... You have a artistic gifts in design.

Booker5, because I'm not competely sure what you asked, here is about everything:
Software for transferring morphs:
Morphing Clothes by Dimension3D (Renderosity store)
Models:
Victoria 4.2 by DAZ (DAZ store)
Tanya by Rhiannon (Renderosity store)
Double Helix Dress for V4 by Paul J. Zanca (Renderosity freestuff)
Compiled and rendered in Poser 7.

I bought Morphing Clothes sw from Rosity store. It transfers the morphs from character to cloth.
Here's my newbie five minute result.

@jonthecelt: Does this Wardrobe Wizard need data pack for each morphed character to work? Seems complicated and costly (I have many, many characters bought from here and elsewhere).
@Dajadues: No, rigging in Poser is too complicated for me... I think. (In Blender I can do it.)
Does anybody have an opinion about Clothes Converter or Morphing Clothes? These seem to do something like what I want to do, but because I'm convinced that HERE are the experts, I wouldn't presume to know.
Thread: Bone Heat in 2.46 is SO COOL! | Forum: Blender
SEspider, try extra (perpendicular) bones for bad joint points, that may fix the real bad joints. Also some more subsurf helps often. But nothing is very easy if you're doing photorealistic stuff. Guys in blenderartists dot com may be able to help, there are real pros there...

I fear that it's not that precise, but I think it helps the preparation.
I know, rigging fingers is difficult in any sw I have tested. :(

Process?
First make the rig like this:
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Flying_Bird_-_Building_the_Rig
Then, I skipped the second part of the tutorial, I just parented (ctrl-p) the mest to the armature and in 2.46 it's possible to say that bones use Bone Heat (instead of old closest bones, which wasn't quite as impressive).
That's all!
Basically take model, draw bones (i.e. armature), parent and animate... Ok, it's not perfect, but if you want to refine, you can use this as a base for vertex painting...
Thread: Bend with Radius? | Forum: Blender
Lattice deform may be an option sometimes with bending, although I think already presented options may well be better suited here. Lattice deform seems to be very versatile with challenging hi-poly geometries.

Trepz: Walli's package and three Kroluk's packages bought... Excellent ideas!
Rutra: While FrenchKiss' stuff was very fine indeed, it was not voucher stuff. Pity.
thefixer: I have no particular genre in mind, but happily this stuff (grass particularly) is not genre specific.
Thanks a lot, all, this was very friendly and useful advice! You're great people.

You're using Blender for ad work? Cool.
I'd jump to this opportunity, but I'm Blender newbie, so there is no point.

DramaKing, Armatures are the term Blender uses for Bone structures, maybe it should be called skeleton... Basically first you need to have a mesh, then you add Armature, and voila -- you can animate the mesh.

Quoting myself again:
There's a helpful beginner book about Blender in PDF format.
http://www.cdschools.org/cdhs/site/default.asp
Click "Academics" and then "Drafting Technology".
Also do yourself a favor, check books:
I just received "Essential" Blender and it seems to be really good, begins from basics!
Also check the book "Introducing Character Animation with Blender" for info on animation.
I assume you noticed Camtasia is 300 USD per seat? You're throwing a lot of money to this, if people are interested. Please consider that...
