The newest GIMP is acting rather strangely. I'm having a difficult time getting it to notice screen captures in clipboard.

Thanks for the tip, Touchwood.
I was practicing making an entire body out of one cube, sans the head and hands, and when it got down to the wrists, one half of the arms in that area are lower than the face on the other half (sort looks like the wrists have super hero claws). I wanted one flat faced surface when I go to add the hands for an easy bridge so thought I'd just drag and weld the verts on the longer part backwards.

Cool. Thanks for the all the information, everyone.
Renderosity has saved me yet again. =)
I'm currently looking to go vert by vert so Alt-M sounds like the cleanest route. =D

Quote - Reduced the poly count as much as I could. This is a test of the lighting (and waters) so far. Still have lots of windows to add. Lots. As in there are no windows on this building yet.
This looks cool enough already without the widows. =D

Quote - Basically finished.
Just tweeking to do once I've decided on a scene.
No points for guessing who it is. ;)

The Mask! Awesome! =D

Google Says:
W and 4
But not sure what the 4 is for.
And some complicated thing about ctrl + S.

Lol. Yeah, I'm thinking the 2.5 beta might be directed at Japanese systems only for now hence the missing file.
I'll wait until he gets it translated to work in english before giving it a try again. =D

Hey, those are some awesome designs! I've got Silo (discovery mode) so I might just get some exercise in that.
Thanks for linking, these tuts don't come up in Google searches very easily.

Thanks, Kenmo. =D
Airflames - the link should take you to a blank page and instantly download 'curvesandrefimage.pdf' to your system. In Chrome it doesn't even ask if you want to save first.
So you might have the file in your downloads folder on your pc without realizing it.
Sorry, didn't mean for the obnoxious high speed download without warning but didn't know how else to set up to the link - it goes to my msn image bank.

Quote - Well I got it going, though only in japanese so it looks as if there is a couple of extras but as I say he does it part time and relies on others making plug ins.
I went to go download a few plugins from that page but as I understand it, you have to go to the plug-in designer's link and download plugs directly from them.
I couldn't read their links. =L

Quote - That sucks. So tablets worked fine prior to 2.6.8 then? I wonder what they did that broke the compatibility and when they'll get to fixing it.
There have been complaints about Bamboo but as Robyn has pointed out there are a number of ways to work around the Bamboo issue and get it running.
Genius is now odd man out. But Genius works great for everything else that isn't GIMP or Inkscape so I'm not going to complain.
