Those seems to be a second skin texture, you might want to ask the vendor what texture set she/he used.

Try to avoid main camera view, its boring. Try different angles , they can make whole picture totally more intresting, if you want to have sharp detailed render focus camera more and use ztran for it to make the scene fit to the screen, more focus ... more details.

Outch, what i have learnt during these past years you never backup often enough, i have lost hard drives several times and also burnt my prosessor several times not to mention all those MBs, rendering can use a lot resources LOL. Hope you get everything fixed even it takes a lot of time !

There were a thread at cgforums saying that poser can´t produce art, In some point they do are right, we are stuck on pretty this and that for V3 and it needs to be changed, looking at what ppl offers can be quite boring, seen one seen them all... Time is changing i believe, atm moment V3 is a money maker BUT when product is excellent for M3 or other guys it sells well too. Also nowadays when there is so many vendors here you have to make a difference to be seen.

I have Seatraveler and used it in poser5

It needed some adjustment with the textures(bumpmaps)and diffuse colors, imported it to poser as a mesh, so it had diffuse maps ready but no bumps, but it was not a big deal. Seatraveler is exceptional ship with lots of details and you are right best out in MP. I also needed to scale it a bit to get rightful porpotions for poser people, when i had it done i saved it to my library as a new prop, so next time no need for adjusting. My pc is about same capacity as yours, rendering will take some time. its so fantastic ship i wanted to make render from every view LOL

Hi Xantor, i asked to move it. I have been member of Rosity since there where no store just some freestuff for Bryce, Max etc its funny cos yesterday i realized that there is product showcase forum too and move was done by my own request :)
