Nice that i could help you. But i think there a couple more possibilities to make projector lights for "superfly".

Here is the setup that i used last time:
I put a very smal spotlight behind a "one sided square plane" with an alpha map on it.

Hi ghostship2, sorry for my late reply. That is a really good question and i think that you are right.
The most figures with 8K textures that i found have PNG files for the texture maps but sometimes they use TIFF files for bump or normal maps.
But our problem in "Power world" is that these files are very huge and my graphic card won't like it (Only 6 GB ram -> cuda error).
For my render "back out of hell" i have to cheat a little bit. This model has a lot of polygones so i use for the upper torso the 8k textures and for the lower torso only the 2k textures.

The idea behind was, to create an better "gemm / diamond shader". On the beginning i played a lot with glass and refaction shaders. But at the end it was very simpel, i only need for the prisma a "glass shader" and for the rainbow effect i use "light path and transmision rays"

For about 3 weeks, i ask myself if it is possible to get the same effect as light passes through an prisma.
Stupid idea. It takes many test render and sleepless nights.
Here is the result:

Hi, the value 5.000000 for red is in my eyes a litle bit to high. With to high subsurface values you get an "wax effect" on your figure and high values are increasing the render time dramatic.
Those specular maps are often used in "DAZ world" to create " micro highlights by the skin reflection.
Since two years, i am not using "physicalSurface" any more. With "CycleSurface" i get much better reflections and have more control about the properties of the surfaces.
