I did do the launch factory state and then closed the program and opened it again and now i have the window. Thanks so much for the help.

Here's the image, but where the stripes were in poser, iot's black now. I'm a newbie..... what's OS?... Windows 98..

Hi it kinda works with the patch, but not all the way. Now i can render the images that i couldn't render before, but only in the main window. If i try a new window all i get is stripes. Then the program freezes.
