Thats spectacular, just the sort of atmosphere one would expect to find in a war torn image, you do it well. The only this I can see is that in the background it doesn't look like those are other buildings, a little tweaking ought to fix that easily enough though. Deffenitely a great job. -Tempest-
Thread: First waterfall scene.. | Forum: Bryce
Well, like the others say, this is spectacular for a 2nd day attempt. Probably beats the herll out of anything I could create in my first year. I agree that the mist is very well done, it took me forever to get that right. In my oppinion the water looks a bit to harsh as it is falling down the falls. I haven't a clue as to how to fix that, but there are plenty of tallented people around here who can tel you. -Tempest-

Its a nice effect FT, and I like the way you worked it. There in one thing that is kind of bugging me though, the explosion and background look kind of dull, where as the guitar is crip and clean. But hey, thats just me, what do I know? -Tempest-

Well FT, I hate to be the only one who says anything constructive, but its gotta be done, I think you blurred the background a bit too much, tone it down a bit, and it'd be perfect like usual. -Tempest- (Almost forgot my own name...)

Thats very impresive. The sky the lighting, it all compliments the scenery very well, I think you did a splendid job, especially for a first image. Keep up the good work. -Tempest-

Thread: remove light | Forum: Bryce
Thanks Hawkfyr, I was about to ask myself. Now, is there a way to make it so lighting won't affect a cerain object? Cause when I try and do night scenes, nothiing looks like it should and ive never been able to fix it. Any ideas/advice would be very appreciated.
Thread: Any ideas how to do this affect? | Forum: Bryce
Theres no harm in doing some post work, in my opinion your best bet is to go with Photoshop, cause in the end chances are you will end up with a better effect. But thats just me. Tempest

Ooh, like the attention ti detail. Did you model that in Bryce? I like the little things like the snow piled up in some places. Though I agree with spanfarkle, does need a little something else to finish it off. Great job Aezure
Thread: New Image - The Mission at Bryce Lake | Forum: Bryce
ooh, the lake and the shore are splenidly done, though the background seems a bit barren, but thats just about it, the sky is perfect, tree's are better, and I especially like the catails. Great job Aezure
Thread: Tolkien Picture done finally (Well almost) | Forum: Bryce
This is splenidid, just the sort of thing I was hoping for when I suggested the tolkien challenge... like I said, splendid. I love what you did with gandalf, and the big troll as well. Great work. Tempest
Thread: how can you make an object apear then disapear in an animation? | Forum: Bryce
Well, most unfortunately, you can't remove an object from onew part of an animation without removing it completely, so this is what you have to do, go to the frame that you want to remove the object at, and in the materials editor, tweak the materials until it is completely tranparent' then move. then move to the end and do the same, atleast that how I remember doing it. Well its something like that, just play with it a bit and you will get it. Best of luck. Tempest

Good luck trying to get the dust mote to work, you would be rendering for well, ever. As for everything else, looks great in my oppinion. Where did you find that texture for the tree's, or did you make it yourself, either way, good work. I hate to do this, but the ground looks a bit rippley, kinda wavey, but asides from that it looks great. Tempest
