Thank you. Very sad indeed. She is such a lovely woman, but since my husbands father die 20 years ago unexepted and tragic, she just looked her self up. 

Her decline sadly was predictable and nothing could take her out of her pain. 

For me it was clear that I will take care of her. No way she goes in the EPHAD. 

But we will not stay in Paris, we sell the house there and move out in the campagne . But one step at the time.  And she is excited to have her fav DIL 24/7. 

She has just  this one LOL...She has still her humor which is good.

I'm living on the Swiss part of the same Alps, if you're not too far away to the south, and the weather was nice on this side 
Anyway, your picture is really gorgeous 

We live near Bourg-en-Bresse. Here since 2 weeks rain till 13-14 h in the afternoon, after sunshine, but mostly very windy.

It's roughly 130km east of where I live.
And the last time I visited Bourg-en-Bresse: the old part was really, really beautiful (quite "a few" years ago - lol)

Just 8 months ago we moved here from the Jura..in my past live I was probably a Nomad ...lost count how many times we moved the past 15 years.

Dynamic draping ... one teacher said something 50 years ago that stuck: "A still image must be composed as if an instant in a flow of action. Visualize what happened right before the pose, and right after."  This means the clothing has to sing that song. It has to drape.

V4/Sasha16 turned out in arabesque attitude allongée. Dynamic gown: Nuisette #3 by carib98. Firefly render.

never could understand this. Love Dynamic clothes. Dresses, skirts even shirt and pants fall more natural. I remember the times with the Fantasy Dress, frustrating at best. 

Looking forward for LF 2 . Great to hear her rigging is better now. Have to admit, I created a few outfits for LF , but give up on rigging. Hate rigging anyways and her complex and difficult rigging made me cry. So the outfits still sit on my HD , which is a shame.

Hang on to them, they might be pretty easy to convert to LF2 :) and if you have P13, rigging should be much easier now.

So, to answer the question here: fantasy and sci-fi type clothing and props. AI generated images that I see a lot and which are encroaching into the Poser and DAZ space are ones from that category. Both programs are well saturated in the everyday wear and what I call 'skankwear' category. Historical/fantasy type clothing that covers the body, and sci-fi clothing are all over the 'other site' for Genesis. Why aren't they made for Poser? 

Because there are very few creators left making stuff for poser and that kind of thing is very hard to do. Besides, almost nobody purchases dynamic clothing, and big dresses don't work decently without that.

What was your intention for the Sun/ball prop?  

I can not describe it. A picture has to trigger a certain feeling in me. Only then am I satisfied. That didn't trigger my picture in me and I was in doubt about posting it here. I'm trying to bring something back to life that I carry with me in my memories. And memories are largely made up of feelings. These can be old photos of the family or an image that has been burned into your brain. I lost all my family photos to the loveletter virus many years ago. There were hundreds... To this day, I'm still annoyed that I didn't backup my digital photos. Now it's too late and i'm trying not to forget these pictures. And sometimes I reconstruct certain impressions with Poser, or at least I try... It can't replace what I've lost, but it helps me to keep the memory alive.

For me one of the biggest disadvantages with computer based art and digital photography is that so much can be lost in such a small amount of time.  The story of lost photographs and videos is one I have heard of countless times but I still feel desperately sorry each time I hear the story.  Data loss is one of my biggest fears so my back ups are multiple, back up USB drives, NAS transfers and Cloud storage is the bare minimum for me and for the data that is extra important I add multiple M disks stored at at least two locations.  The backups cover family and holiday videos and photographs, any of my computer art that I feel is worth saving, if anything, and all of my music.  I guess my worse fear is that some of the formats such as .JPG and .PNG might cease to exist but I guess at my age when they do I will be well past caring.

I had 20 years ago a fire in my House. Caused by a silly neighbour kid who trhrow his burning cigarette in my celar window where I had my laundry. All my childhood pictures, my parent pictures and from my brother, go up in flame. Never felt more miserable. 

I was doodeling a bit around, after a while I thought I finish it as render. Not a masterpiece, but still okay.
