A friend ( Markes) purchased some items for me as gift. But i cant download the items.
I recieve this message, 

You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product.

Well this is not true, because he just purchased for about 10 minutes . Can you help me please.?

I'm showing that you've downloaded the order.  Are you still having problems where I need to reset your downloads?
